THE FANTASY 100 OFFICIAL RULES

Preliminary Information

"The Fantasy 100" Contest "(Contest)" begins at 12pm ET on Monday September 5, 2016 and ends at the completion of Week 16 of the NFL season on Tuesday December 27, 2016 (the "Contest Period)". NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Entries must be received by the time stated below to be eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any participant or winner. Weekly contest selection changes must be made no later than kickoff of the first game each Sunday. Weekly selection changes made after this time will not be effective.

How F100 Works

Each week, the Sponsor will select, at their sole discretion, the 100 NFL players and team defense/special teams that will be included in the "Fantasy 100" and place them in ten (10) groups called Tiers. Each Tier will be numbered from one (1) to ten (10) to represent the "Value" of the player or defensive team/special team.

Each week, a Participant will also be able to select one (1) player who is not in the "Fantasy 100" that week. This player, called "The Separator" ("Separator") will have a Value of ten (10) tier points.

Using these players, participants create a fantasy football team ("F100 Team") that includes the selection of NFL players and defensive team/special team as defined in the ROSTERS section below. Based on the F100 Team's on-field performance described in the Scoring section below, Participants will receive points ("F100 Points"). Participants will play in four (4) four (4) week installments called Segments ("Segments"). A Participant's final score for each Segment will be the total of all of his or her F100 Points for that segment. The goal is to earn as many points as possible each week and over the course of each Segment, starting September 8, 2016 and ending on December 27, 2016. Participants cannot change any selections after the start of the first NFL game on a given Sunday.

The Fantasy 100

Starting no later than Monday September 5, 2016, Sponsor will publish the first week's Fantasy 100. Each week, The Fantasy 100 will be posted according to the chart below. Each week The Fantasy 100 will consist of players and defensive teams/special teams selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor in the following composition:

  • 15 Quarterbacks
  • 25 Running Backs
  • 40 Wide Receivers
  • 10 Tight Ends
  • 10 Defensive Teams/Special Teams

Additionally, each of the selected Fantasy 100 players and defensive teams/special teams selected will be placed in a group called a Tier with other players and/or defensive teams/special teams. Each Tier will be given a number that represents the Value of that player, one (1) being the most valuable. This Value will be used to create your team with a Value that is greater than or equal to Fifty (50).

Rosters

Each Participant will create a F100 Team composed of ten (10) players or team defense/special team from within the published Fantasy 100 plus the Separator. All players and team defense/special teams on a F100 Team will accumulate F100 Points for their on-field performance. A Participant's roster will consist of:

  • 1 Quarterback
  • 2 Running Backs
  • 3 Wide Receivers
  • 1 Tight End
  • 1 Defensive Team/Special Teams
  • 2 "Flex" Players (Participants select one of RB, WR, or TE).

Valid F100 Team Rosters

As described above, The Fantasy 100 will be split into ten (10) groups called Tiers. Each player will have a Value equal to its Tier number. Players in Tier 1 will be worth 1 point each. Players in Tier 10 will be worth ten (10) points each. Participants will have a valid roster when they have filled in all the Roster positions and have an Aggregate Value ("Team Value") greater than or equal to Fifty (50). All Rosters having less than Fifty (50) as a Team Value will be classified as Invalid and will receive no F100 Points.

Scoring

Each Participant in each Period accumulates F100 Points based on the on-field performance of players or team defense/special teams on their valid F100 Team.
